Eco-friendly Sustainable Hemp Products

Our Asatre (sounds like...Aw...Saw...Tray - "Asa" meaning hemp in Japanese) business began November, 2018 in Oakland, CA. Two young entrepreneurs, Ethan Smith and Chyna Barrett originally from Vermont and Connecticut moved to California with a passion for Hemp to learn about all its many uses. Ethan attended Oaksterdam University in Oakland with thoughts of opening a dispensary. The plans changed and we began focusing on CBD and hemp products, a natural resource that has been around for 1000's of years. Each day realizing the eco-friendly and sustainable qualities of hemp. From Hemp backpacks, wallets and belts, to Hemp clothing, to CBD tinctures to skincare, to Hemp Dog collars, harnesses and leashes, we are so excited to be a part of this growing industry. We know that this is just the beginning! With our growth, we added Jody Smith, to help with the day to day support activities. We continue to be in growth mode and will be moving to a new distribution location in Georgia. We hope to be hiring additional staff to help support this amazing growing business. A dream come true!
