We don’t accept cancellations once item has been shipped.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  We strive for 5 stars for our products, delivery, and customer service.  Any issues, please send us a message and we will do our best to find a solution.
 
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please provide us with details of your order.  Order number, shipping name and address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges.  Please send return to us at Asatre, 1370 Jim Edmondson Road, Good Hope, GA 30641.  Please include a note and contact information regarding the requested exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Asatre, 1370 Jim Edmondson Road, Good Hope, GA 30641

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
