The women’s joggers are perfect length for the normal to shorter more petite woman. The men’s joggers can also be worn by women. Similar cut but the length is longer for men. So if you are over 5’8″, you may want to consider the men’s joggers.

Fabric Care:

**We recommend washing hemp fabrics in cold water and tumble low heat or line/air dry. Hemp and cotton fabrics washed in hot water or high heat dryer may shrink.
