We want you to love your Asatre purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in the same condition you received them.

Returns are not free—customers are responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’ll cover the shipping back to you on your exchange.

Return your item, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

Or include a note in your package with the size/color you’d like instead.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.
