The women's joggers are perfect length for the normal to shorter more petite woman. The men's joggers can also be worn by women. Similar cut but the length is longer for men. So if you are over 5'8", you may want to consider the men's joggers.

If the product is a little long, then you may want to place in the dryer for a few minutes for slight shrinkage. If clothing was placed in the dryer and undesired shrinkage occurred, re-wash and follow instructions above.
