I buy a pair of these every year sometimes two pairs haven't lost any weight haven't gained any weight. I had to cut the elastic in this year's pair because they were too small the extra large that I got one year was so huge I had to just give it to my husband, the reason I gave three stars to customer service is there's no one to talk to!!!!

Better than the other 4 I have (over the years) because I did not have to cut the elastic on the waistband and I have NOT lost weight! They must have loosened them. All the other I had to get in there and cut the elastic. These are a little longer so I threw them in HOT water and HOT dry, did the trick by a little bit on the length.
